What forms of payment are accepted? currently accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

We ship exclusively via UPS to US addresses only. All in stock orders placed by 12PM EST are shipped the same day. After 12PM EST (or orders place on a non-business day), the order will ship the following business day. UPS Ground shipping charges are a flat $5.00 for the entire order, UPS 3 Day Select shipping charges are a flat $12.00 for the entire order and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping charges are a flat $15.00 for the entire order. Next Day Air Saver is 25.00; orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping, you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Use the map below to determine approximate shipping time for UPS Ground service. (Generally speaking, if you live in the yellow or gold areas of the map there is no need to choose 2nd Day Air.)

Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from for any reason, you may return it. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your item. New, unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (the original shipping fee is non-refundable). If you choose to return your item(s), please contact us for a non-refundable $5 pre-paid UPS return label which will be emailed to you using the email address on your order. Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.

Exchanges are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and contact us for a FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange or call us to put the item on hold.

How fast will I get my order?
All orders are shipped out by 12PM EST. Any orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the following business day. If you need your shoes by a specific date, please call our toll free number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During times of high volume (i.e. sale), orders will be shipped as soon as possible but not be guaranteed same day.

Do you charge tax?
Ash Footwear USA is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California, Massachusetts, and New York. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Even though we hate to say no, these are some things we can NOT do.
  • Guarantee next day delivery.

  • Ship to PO Boxes.

  • Ship internationally.

  • Cover additional shipping costs incurred using a third-party shipping partner.

Sale & Price Adjustments
If an item you order from goes on sale or is reduced in price within 7 days of your original purchase we will refund the difference. Not valid on one day sales.

Other information
If you are unable to add an item to your shopping cart, it means that it is currently sold out. We apologize, but we do not restock sale/last pair shoes.
